We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: name, date of birth, NIF
• Contact data: email, phone, address
• Health data: health number, medical records (with explicit consent)
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, usage data

3. Legal Basis

We process your data based on: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), and for health data, explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)).

4. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. Exercise these rights at Privacy Settings.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within the EU. Sensitive medical data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymized within 30 days. Audit logs may be retained for legal compliance.

7. Cookies
